Vic Harris was JUST voted on during the last committee elections. He was also voted on in 2022. He was also considered in 2006.
He has had his chance.
I agree with you that there are many, many Negro League players deserving of consideration. So, let's consider them and not vote on Vic Harris again.
I wish the HOF would consider this player, for example. The only reason he hasn't been considered is because he refused to participate in segregated baseball:
