I really have no opinion. Nor am I an expert by any means. However, I have seen the words “Negro League” on other period broadsides. Also during the time that broadside would have been displayed Paige had a tendency to sign Satchell with two Ls. I suppose he could have signed that one post 1950s if it is indeed authentic?
