So the consignor probably lost money, once you factor in selling costs, as my guess is that Mile High is taking more than 0.6% on the sale. For that matter, it was probably just one bid increment below an outright decline in the previous selling price.

From what I’ve heard around here, if it had gone for one bid increment less, this would have been the first time in history that a Wagner had re-traded for less than its previous selling price.
