Leon is correct. Your card is a W501-2 or (Type 2). This W501 variation was fairly recently recognized by SGC. Here are pics of my W501-1 and W501-2 cards of Sam Rice to show the difference. The W501 cards were hand cut from vertical strips of cards. The W575-1 cards were machine cut.
