The kid did put up damn good stats at Colorado. What that actually means at the next level, I don't know.
These kids who throw for a million yards in college rarely become great NFL QB's....meanwhile, the Tom Brady's, Brett Favre's and Josh Allen's of the World, are completely underwhelming in College and turn into absolute superstars somehow.
