If looking to get something by a grading company I would try PSA.
I had a NM/MT Babe Ruth Sanella with a speck of paper loss on the border and it got a VG+ 3 from SGC. The speck was so small it looked like someone just touched the card with an ultra fine tip grey sharpie.
