It's complicated because on some of the printings the same subject was printed vertically on the whole sheet and on some sheets
it was the same subject vertically on one half and another subject vertically for the other half.
I know the PD150's were printed both ways, I'm pretty sure the 350's were all split sheets and the 350/460 and 460 only were all the same subjects vertically.
Another complication is that some of the sheet layouts were changed during the printing. There are examples of the same subject
with two different names at the top Rossman/McBride and Rossman/Thomas is one example of that.

Because the two different name cards could only come from one spot on the split sheets the same name on top are in the neighborhood of 10x - 15x more common.
