1) Need a picture of card to confirm. Normally authentic strip cards are not cut to the proper proportion including the full borders, if they were printed with borders. If not, there is normally a minimum size required for them to get a number grade.
2) Some strip cards are indeed counterfeited/reprinted.
3) https://www.oldcardboard.com/w/w512/...?cardsetID=813 is a checklist of the set and some knowledge. Pop reports at PSA and SGC (if they even break out text color as a variation) would help you locate this information.
4) PSA's Auction Prices Realized, ebay sold listings, or VCP (Vintage Card Prices) all track historical sales of vintage cards. However, there can be wide swings in Authentic cards based on image clarity, condition, and eye appeal.
