The Fan club card was issued in 1972. So yes, it isn't possible that the 1961 Harmony dairy issue was the photograph referenced on the back of the card from 1972 (not to mention the '61 HD is not "full color" as advertise on the back of the fan club card).

In fact, I am stumped with the question! Which for those who know of my love for and knowledge of Clemente cards and collectibles, is not an easy thing to do. I do hope someone can shed light on the question though.
