For the second time in a couple of weeks, I was happily able to really eff up the
past sales data sites by grabbing a card for a fraction of what it is clearly 'worth,' and I'm
(as we used to say) incredibly psyched!!!
Last month, it was getting a
1962 Topps 'Green Tint' Ruth for a third of what multiple recent versions went for, and as
April was ready to dawn, a consignor somewhere got
fooled*

as I was able to steal this extremely rare
1971 Fleer Update #73 (from Good Humor trucks in 1978, highlighting the unforgettable 1975 World Series) for less than what
PSA 8s cost, and for significantly less than what
PSA 9s traditionally go for...
