One thing that’s almost as certain as death and taxes is that whenever a long-time believed to be issue date of a vintage baseball card set is changed due to further research, it always ends up being a date later than originally catalogued as opposed to earlier. Anyone know of an instance where that isn’t true?

When you play the rookie card game, these changes can be huge. Ie- Novelty Cutlery Postcards, Big Head Strip Cards, William Patersons, Felix Mendelsohns, etc.
