He acknowledged he got the picture after this thread was made. That's not what I am worried about. I want to know if a tracking number was ever provided before a thread had to be made. James claims to have asked for it and been denied. Seller (and Leon) both refuse to answer the question if it was provided previously.

I get that seller then provided tracking later. My problem is with this behavior of never giving the tracking, even when asked, until a thread gets made.
