It appears good communication from the start from the seller (and during the shipping process) could have prevented the buyer from getting rightfully frustrated.
I recently made a forum purchase from Seablaster and he provided tracking right away (without me having to ask first) and let me know, that he feels he is responsible for the package until it arrives to the buyer. In my opinion, that kind of seller experience on here is A+ and something everyone should provide.
On the other forum I am a member of, I have also made it a point at times to send a message to the buyer during shipping, letting him or her know that I am actively tracking the package and am aware of its location (or delay). It helps quell most concerns of the buyer when he or she knows you care.
