He literally would make you any of the caps in this catalog…I treasure mine.Card shop dealers would carry them in their brick and mortar stores, that is how I got my first ones….then, I found his phone number, had him send me a catalog and the rest is history……Remember…no internet in 1994 to speak of, you had to call, write letters and send in the money .Again, you see a few for sale on eBay , but that well has dried up pretty much. ALL U.S. Made, they were so authentic , they could go back in a Time Machine and no one would look twice.
