I'm trying to help my father in law ID this autographed baseball in his collection. He's 93 now, and has memory issues. Has no recollection who signed the ball or how he got it.

Only clue I have is someone on eBay is selling a game ball from the 1984 Olympics. One of six autographs on that ball matches this one.
