PSA refuses to grade my 1977 Reggie 3-color proof though they have sheet / hand cut cards in their slabs (e.g. 1967 Topps Roger Maris - Yankees proof).
I assume maybe part of the problem is the 1977 Reggie proof is just “rare” enough (or ignored) that it was never entered into early publications / databases such as Beckett DB, the late Bob Lemke’s old standard card catalogs. PSA uses those are sourced along with tcdb (which uses the same sources).
