In fact when I posted " I will take it" I gave my word I will follow through with the purchase at the asking price. Because between grown men that's what "I will take it" means. I understand you don't agree what the term " I will take it" means and how it in fact binds you to your word. Now everyone else who reads this thread will understand it as well.
