Default eBAY Standard Envelope Tracking not receiving scan updates

Starting last Thursday, none of the 200 +/- ESE mailings I have sent out have received an origin "scan" at my local sort center nor have they received any scan updates at all.

However, some of my ESE mailings from last week have since received feedback from buyers who have confirmed receipt. So not only are ESEs not receiving origin scans they are also not receiving destination/delivered updates yet are (thankfully) being delivered.

I looked through several of my incoming ESE orders from last week and I see the same, no scan updates. The sellers confirmed they were sent.

Is anyone seeing anything different with their ESE mailings (incoming/outgoing)?
