1934-36 Diamond Stars Complete low-number set 1-96 plus one high number (106) plus 17 extra cards including extra Greenberg, duplicates, and a few variations. Also included are some modern add-ons, including the 1981 Den’s collectors Den and the 2014 historical autograph company cards of Ruth, etc.
Many of the cards were freed from their graded tombs. I did save most of the flips to help gauge condition.
There’s a few dogs, like Bill Terry, and the low numbers seem to have crappy backs with a few having small paper loss, but most cards are in really nice shape. Use the pics to judge and feel free to ask any questions.
Greenberg is an SGC 40, and there’s a second Greenberg that was graded PSA authentic (research suggests that it had been soaked and stretched)
I can email a master checklist - it was too big a file to include. I have also scanned every front and back which I can also email.
6 Bishop, 9 Cochrane, 14 Terry, 36 Lombardi have spot of paper loss on back. Terry is in poor shape. Lombardi also has small paper loss on front. 31 Cuyler has small crease visible on back. 7, Fonseca has a crease and stained back.
Extras include, 69, 45(2), 52, 49(2), 72, 81(2), 82, 6, 53, 73, 41, 13, 33, and previously mentioned Greenberg, 54.
I used ebay sold prices to get an idea of value and arrived at 7600.
I’m asking 4900.
