Mike Root is the owner of CAS.
He was an authenticator with JSA some years ago and was the head of authentication at SGC during their years of autograph authentication.
When they got out of autograph authentication he started his own company, CAS.
He is a legitimate authenticator and sets up at some shows authenticating on site.
The Williams is authentic.
