The Brockelman Auction contest is back again for the auction that ends this Saturday, and you have the chance to score some vintage cards as seen in the scans at the bottom of this post.
The auction:

This time the contest will consist of three categories, all concerning cards that I consigned to the auction. The group of lot numbers to pick from for each category will be listed below, but the 'Search' function on the Brockelman website (specifically utilizing the 'Title and Description' option) will be vital to identify and easily view the pool of possible lots for you to formulate your answers. The contest's three categories:
Category A: There are 50 lots (within lot # range 1-500) with the word "different" in either the title or description. They are as follows:

An example of your guesses and formatting of guesses would be as follows:
1) 21, 81, 117, 185, 244, 306, 333, 402, 429, 477
2) 25, 43, 82, 197, 642
3) 42, 248, 854
Every single lot listed in the above example contest entry would be incorrect, because those lots are not from the lots listed in each category.
DON'T FORGET - Utilize the 'Search' feature on the Brockelman Auction website, and the 'Title and Description' option to easily view all lots involved for each of the three categories.
The winner will be the person who identifies the most correctly, and in case of a tie, the guesser who guessed first wins.
Two groups of guesses are allowed for each contestant, but no edits of your post(s) are allowed. All guesses need to be posted by 9pm EST on Saturday, February 1st, the same night that the auction closes.
The prize is as follows: The top guesser gets his choice of
1 card from cards shown (front and back) in the first two scans, AND
2 cards from those seen in the third and fourth scans.
The runner-up guesser will get
1 card of his choice from the 3rd/4th scans, after the top winner has made his choices.
Good Luck!
Brian
