Default My experience

Heritage and REA both had an auction end on Sunday January 19th. I won a single graded card in each. Been a regular (albeit small-fish) customer of both houses for over a dozen years. Here is the status of each of my winnings:

REA:
Hammer + BP - $330
BP - 20% (no minimum)
S&H - $10
Payment method - mailed a check on Tuesday 1/21/25
Status: Card arrived today (1/24/25)

Heritage:
Hammer + BP - $139
BP - 22% ($29 minimum)
S&H - $14.48
Payment method - e-check on Monday 1/20/25
Status: "Preparing to ship" (asof 1/24/25)

Both provide solid customer service in my experience, but it's interesting how one provides superior shipping at a lower cost (and lower BP). Things you take into consideration when placing bids, is all.
