Hot Dog! Topps Panels - 1985
I never thought I'd post anything having to do with the Care Bears, but here we are...
Issue #33 of Hot Dog featured them on the cover.
From what I can tell, this was the final year Hot Dog! included these panels - unlike their Dynamite counterpart which continued through 1986.
