Who is Bill Fisher? W514
Shows up as card number 27 in the W514 Strip Card set as a pitcher for the Philadelphia Quakers of the NL.
Trouble is no such guy ever pitched for them in 1919 thru 1921 the years designated for the set.
Closest mention of a Fisher around this time was a guy who has 3 decisions for a Minor league team in Akron OH in 1930 that I cannot verify as the same guy.
Anyone out there tie up these loose ends?
