I have one as well. My understanding is that these were added to the backs of legit W572s in an effort to defraud (Alan Hager??). Even PSA’s website write-up on this set mentions this.
I didn’t know that the w572s themselves may not have been legit either. That concerns me that your example doesn’t fluoresce under black-light. I believe mine would fluoresce given that it’s in a PSA holder, but given that the PSA grader(s) missed the fraud entirely and graded this as a 1923 Neilson’s, I suppose all bets are off!!
I bought this many years ago (already graded) before I knew of the fraud.
I don’t think PSA would be all that pleased that this card (in their plastic) is floating around out there.
