Does anyone have a copy of Hager's Unique Archives catalogue from the early 1990's?

This catalogue listed the Hager Groups cards that were slabbed by ACU-CARD, Inc. that were purchased in the Guernsey Topps Auction in 1989.
Alan Hager and the Hager Group purchased about 40% of the material first sale from the famous Topps Vault.
