We start Christmas Eve - smoked salmon, shrimp, multiple cheeses - brie, époisses, sharp cheddar, swiss, gruyère along with multiple types of crackers and bread.
Christmas - baked salmon, steamed asparagus with taragon wine sauce and mashed potatoes that I whip in a blender.
New Years Eve - Chinese food for probably the last 30 years or so.
