Default Guidance about my 1927 WS Ticket Stub

I've been on the hunt for 1932 WS ticket to complete my 1930-1980 WS run when I found this 1927 WS ticket stub that I picked up.

I'm thinking that I might sell it but dealing with an expensive sale from the UK makes me nervous. So I'm thinking about consigning it to an auction house.
  • Is it better to grade it first or sell it raw.
  • If I consign it, will the AH take care of the grading for me?

The ticket has clearly been removed from a scrapbook so I expected that it'll only grade as Authentic.

Thanks in advance.
