It is a card that looks like it's moving, even when it's not. It prompted me to mess around with moving images to see if I can capture it. Here's what I came up with.

You are correct. There is one on ebay I always stop to admire. Absolutely beautiful. Your motion photo turned out very nice. Very little pixelating.
