If you ran your business like PSA...there is a high likelihood you'd be OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!
Problem is we(vintage/prewar collectors) are a minutia of the collecting population.
The youngsters with their shiny, colored, parallels, refractors, diecuts, chromium alloys, blah blah blah only care about PSA 10's.
PSA is going nowhere fast!!!!
