These are sneaky cards as there isn't a lot that makes them stand out from the base cards other than relatively subdued foil on the front. Because of this, a lot of people may not have known what they had and many were lost to time.
I snagged this one from one of the few dealers who had 90s cards at the National in Cleveland this year.

I'm glad you posted this. We were taking about the ebay lot. What is the 97 Circa he had that has no foil name? I asked the seller and he didn't know.
