Interestingly, I bought the green one from Mike Berkus (RIP) from ebay, many moons ago.
They cost me a bit more the second time around as they originally sold in my first collection sale, as almost everyone knows (not everyone!).

I am still glad I paid the ransom to get them back though. No doubt others have done similar things. In the middle of buying them, but hadn't committed when I saw Brian Dren.t, at a show. He said go for it and I did. I was probably going to anyway, but a little boost always helps.
