Until we get rid of Tapatalk this will keep happening. And I think the majority of members still want it....

I really think you can restrict people from joining or accessing the forum (until approved) when they join via Tapatalk.
Here is a screenshot I found of what the interface might look like where you can do this. It’s from 2018 but something like it surely exists still. You have to login to your forum on Tapatalk through a web browser, I believe, to access these settings.
