It's unlikely to successfully cross to a PSA 9. There's an issue on the front.The left border becomes wider as it gets closer to the bottom. At least, that's what I'm seeing on my screen when using my cursor for comparison. It's also a bit off left-to-right.
There's also the historical difficulty of sending PSA anyone else's holder and getting them to agree with the grade.
