Because now it's just merely asking for a " grade review " and oh by the way a newer label ( and into a PSA flip ). ? Either way they make money .And you may be asked to be prepared to okay the payment of a very slight negligible upcharge ?? Interesting situation you've created for yourself. Please keep us posted.
