Maybe not all that rare, but certainly elusive.
I finally ran across a 1973 Topps Frank Howard signed card. To me, this seems rather scarce. The later inserts are plentiful but not, seemingly, the actual 73 card and Franks autograph.
But, now I have one and he shall be set free to join his other cards in my Frank Howard binder.
