Forced into Retirement Joe's friends in Baseball gave him a send off. Signed by umpires Paparella and Al Salerno , player Rocky Colivito and Manager Ralph Houk. Hall of Famers Phil Rizzuto and Nester Chylak were listed as presenters. I would be happy if this went to an umpire collector.
