I bought this from Paul 4 years ago. Got it graded and its a PSA 3. Cert. # is 28929487. It is indeed a 1/1.

I am getting rid of a few items. . . .if you are interested shoot me a text. Pretty cool 1 of 1 ticket. Asking $200.
