low grade 1964 Topps Stand Up HOF Orlando Cepeda as pictured. Card is complete but the image is almost punched out and the perforation on the left edge is loose. Edges and corners show wear. It appears that the previous owner was having pen problems, and the back is full of ink scribbles trying to get the pen to work.
