Fred, thanks for posting this. I have three NY Yankees photos from this issue and had no idea who was responsible for them. Thanks to you, now I do. The three I have are as follows:
This I'm guessing is from 1955. It similar to an Illustrated Current News photo that is labeled 1955 American League Champions.

This I'm guessing is from 1956, although at the moment, I'm not sure why.

The next two photos are from the Worthpoint link you posted above. Note that my 3 photos do not match either of them.

Lastly, an observation. In around 90% of the NY Yankee team photos which include Whitey Ford that I have , Ford is seated in the first row to the far left, as he is in all 5 of these photos. I guess that was his spot.
