Block the person regardless if you accept the return.

There all kinds of scammers out there. It seems the lower the price an item sells for the more trouble with the buyer. People try to scam you even for a couple of bucks.

I recently had an experience where I listed a very poor vintage Mays card for $5. I had clear pictures of the condition and stated it was poor, etc. The person received it - stated it was in worse condition than the pictures - he then requested a partial refund. I said no, but I would gladly cancel the sale and refund his money upon return of the card. He said he wanted a partial refund and would keep the card. I said no - full refund and return the card. He said if I didn't agree to the partial he would leave negative feedback. I said no. He left negative feedback (the first in 20 years for me). I contacted ebay that he was extorting me for the partial refund and they removed the feedback. I blocked and wondered how many times he pulled this crap in the past.

The cheaper the card, the more difficulties with the sale. If you're positive you're being scammed - don't accept it laying down. Good luck and keep us posted.
