Interestingly enough, the Dodger companion pennant bears a copyright mark on it: "1949 H. Wohlke." I haven't found much more on this Arthur Rand. "H. Wohlke" was Henry Wohlke, the apparent owner of the copyright. I suspect Henry Wohlke may have owned the company that made these pennants, but I have yet to confirm this.
Well...I think this pretty much confirms it.
