I don't have any good information but I did search online and Bell Keough seemed to be the aerial photographer as there is at least one other photo with the same logo depicting an aerial view of Wellesley College. As to value, it is difficult to say. I would guess 50.00 but I am not certain. I hope you get better information about it.
