PSA didn't know. My good hobby friend and member here, John Rumirez, (hey John) shed some light on these. They are 1936 Home Run Candy cards...a little larger than the S and S game card centers, which these look like.

The bottom cards were from my previous collection, showing a Home Run Candy back....
