Default Sadaharu Oh Signed Bat Authenticity question?

How often does Beckett get things wrong?
I was shocked to stumble across this on ebay - a mini bat signed by Sadaharu Oh, with a letter of authenticity by Beckett.



But these bats I'm almost 100% sure are just factory signatures.
They were issued as prizes to kids in the 70s who found a "Home Run" card in their Calbee pack.

They could choose to mail away to get one of these signed minibats
(there were a handful of players, see above), or a baseball card album, or a signed ball.
I've got a few of these bats, including one with the original mail-away envelope,
and a couple of balls, as all of the printed signatures look exactly alike.
