My guess is because it is not formally checklisted anywhere. I have had about 6 of the cards from this collection, because I collect Knights of Columbus items. I've been in the org for 20 years.

Edit: since you posted that they cannot locate information on it, it was likely given out at the KC huts for people to write home with. If you contact the KofC Museum in New Haven, CT, they may have more information about this postcard and a full checklist.
