On May 21st, I won 3 1953 Topps PSA cards on ebay. Requested an invoice and promptly paid. Almost as quick I paid, my order was canceled. That evening, all 3 items were relisted as auctions with higher starting bids than my high bid.




ETA: Seller touched base with me, explained the situation and resolved concern.
