Honus Wagner Cut affixed to a 5” x 7” index card

JSA LOA - Not sure what happened on the picture on the LOA. You can clearly see it is the same item but the lighting on the picture is strange. I called about it and was told I would need to
send the item and LOA back to be redone. It took 9 weeks the first time around so I am not doing that. Clearly, it is authentic as pictured.
