Yes, Tom holds multiple private signings every year. He's quite active on
SportsCollectors.net and has a very good reputation on that site. Just note that Sportscollectors.net is a mostly a paid site - $14.99/year I believe. I've been a member there for a long time and it has definitely aided my collection.
