The article I pictured is the Post-Gazette article. I found one posted by the Pittsburgh Press that was very short and sweet (a few sentences, nothing of note unfortunately) but couldn't find the sun-telegraph article you mention.
I am really happy to own both and couldn't pick one or the other. I think in terms of rarity the premium definitely has a better chance of another example surfacing compared to the program. Unsurprisingly I'd be happy if they both stayed unique lol.
